When will my order she delivered?
The average delivery time for each product is indicated in days on the cards articles. Orders with a total weight less than 60kg will be delivered normally in 4-7 business days after the time and day that your order has been validated by our services. Orders weighing more than 60kg are shipped on a pallet with a delivery time between 7 and 15 days.
Can I come and pick up my parcel?
SOLAR KIT is a mail order. We do not have to withdraw for local orders.
What are the delivery costs?

What are the processing times and shipment of my order?

How to pay by credit card?

In case you have selected the payment by bank transfer or bank check, an email order confirmation will be sent with the necessary information and the RIB of the company for payment of your order via the services of your bank . You have 10 days to pay the amount (including VAT) of the order to the bank account of the company SOLAR KIT GmbH. Note: Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
